111R Air Con Pipes/Hoses

After several re gases I have come to the conclusion that I might need new pipes. The original ones (metal) fail due to corrosion. Looking on the DeRoute Ltd parts list, they list alternative hoses but refer to 'See Service Bulletin 2006/33'. Has anybody got a copy or know the contents of this bulletin, it might be useful before I buy the parts.......

When I got my 111R at 4k miles the aircon didnt work. After several visits to the dealer and one to the factory it still didnt work. A regas would last maybe 2 weeks max. Then I tried a dealer in Cardiff and he found that the system had been assembled by Lotus with some of the seals missing.

Only mention this to say - dont assume pipe corrosion. It would have to be pretty bad to perforate and leak gas

If it does turn out to be the pipes I have a pair of Pirtek flexible ones For £180 a pair, direct fit, bought two sets but didn't build the Exige in the end so not needed
