Lotus 420T

Afternoon chaps,

Anyone seen/heard of an Exige/Elise '420T' in black? Saw one this afternoon in Norfolk, was turbocharged, spitting flames, and took off like a bike. Had a 'ring sticker on the back if that helps, first part of the reg was RX03. Awesome bit of kit! Any info would be good!

guessing, just guessing, that it was an audi 1.8T engined one (or 2.0 Tfsi). I went in Chimjunkies with the boost turned down and it was incredibly fast, scary fast (is also black, a series 1, doubt he would have silly stickers on the back though...)

This one was a S2, no plate on the front.

From what I'm finding out so far from a friend of mine who works in engine development at Lotus, it was most likely a mule with the Evora GTE engine in, hence the 420! Will see what he can find out today, it was definitely charged.
