Help please.

Unable to start the car.
Key turns, all lights bright on dash, solid light on alarm, will not fire.
tried touch stick no response.
key fob doesnt activate anything!
changed batter in key fob, no help.
Help please.

s1 1999 cobra 4622 alarm.
