What's best to stick this on with?

I've already removed the gummy black stuff that was used before. I tried some good double-sided sticky tape but to no avail.

Thanks! I'm on the right track now. We don't have Tiger Seal here, but I'm imagining this is pretty much the same (and will give it a go):

To be honest just 'normal' black silicone would almost certainly do the job if you can't find any TigerSeal.

Yep up early big 'Peaks' run out today so just off & really looking forward to it!!!
