login problem PH help

I cannot login to my user name. The problem is I have two and I think PH has only one email address for me so, the second user name keeps getting a new passwork when I request it but can't get one for prefered user name.

No idea why I created two user name! I have been a member since 2005. #

Can anyone tell me how to contact Russell Cambell at PH as I understand he could help? Russell, help?!
