Anyone done this? seen reports of it fitted to 240s and s/c, but not n/a cars. looking for a 'nicer' noise for reasonable bucks. There are some silly priced options kicking about, and Santa's on a budget this year.

yes, have fitted to n/a Exige and Elise. Definitely more free flowing and sounds noticeably better.
Get it done! wink

Agree with MiniDiva - I fitted one recently to my 'S'.

Bit of a pig to fit, but sounds a lot better - expecially coupled with 2Ubular 7*22 system thumbup

Any danger of tripping the noise meters on trackdays? It's definately on my "to do" list.

I've been thinkig of doing this for a while also.

I have a Larini clubsport fitted, which I believe is louder than a tubular. Only thing putting me off the TRD is that it will get me banned from trackdays. Car normally reads about 94dB at Brands and that's tickling the throttle

On a similar tip, without wishing to start a new thread... Have any of you fitted an induction kit to a 111R to make it quieter? Any tips as to which one to go for? I have a Reverie carbon job fitted by the previous owner, and it's a little OTT, especially from the passenger seat. Thanks in advance and sorry for the thread hijack.
