Hi - does anyone have any thoughts or experience with rear diffusers for the S1?

Long Diffuser v Regular Diffuser? The extended ones protrude fromt the rear but add a certain menacing look to the cars...handling differences minimal?

Lotus Fred over on SELOC makes them up for a reasonable £75 + £20 carriage. Mine is extended by 50mm.

It here much benefit to be gained from a slightly longer diffuser?

Yes, but these diffusers make no difference at normal ride heights.

I would suggest you need to run under 100mm ride height for any discernible difference to be made.

Lotus Power diffuser here. Previous owner reckons it does make a difference. I suspect I'm too ham-fisted to notice...

He also suggested the splitter helped balance the downforce out front to back. Again, probably not within my capabilities to notice.
