Lotus dealer network

Looking for a 111R or Sports Racer (in blue) and notice that the Lotus Dealer network doesn't list many used cars in stock, is there a reason for this? If I wanted to buy from a dealer, where would I be best looking? London area is preferable although willing to travel for the right car.

It could be the simple fact that it's the summer- when I bought mine in April there was quite a large selection, although I only saw the one blue one.

You may need to travel, I can recommend Paul @ Lipscomb's Lotus near Maidstone and Matt @ Lotus Silverstone. Both great guys to deal with.

Happy to travel within reason, was just a bit surprised that more cars weren't linked to through the Lotus main website (even if they are at dealers).

Try Castle Lotus at Stansted. They usually have some good stuff in and if they don't have what you want, will try to source it for you.

ETA: Will Blackham (linked to earlier in the thread) also has a good reputation.
