How do I change the temp display from *F to *C on a 111R ?

Somehow the previous owner managed to get the temperature display to read in *F and I want to get it back to *C.

I've read through the varoius manuals / forums but I can't find out how to change it.

Anyone know what the procedure is?

It works fine, just the wrong scale.
