Sony BT3900U for S2 111S

Hi,

Has anyone fitted a Sony BT3900U to their S2 Elise and if so is it a straightforward swap with the oem CD unit (mines Blau...) or does it need any type of fascia or connector adaptors?

I swapped the Blaupunkt in my S2 111s for an Alpine and it was dead easy with the normal ISO connectors. Worth running the Ipod lead out through the gap to the left of the heater controls too.Small black blanking clip and easy to remove/replace

I have one fitted to my europa and its a good head unit.

All cars since, I think, the late 80's all have a default ISO connector so this headunit or any other will fit your elise without any issues.
