Does anyone have a contact number for the warranty/repair office at Lotus. I had one that used to put you through to the main gate and they would connect you but that doesn't seem to work anymore and their web site only gives e-mail addresses

Call 01953 608000 and ask for the warranty dept.

Thats the number I've been trying but it doesn't seem to be work for me at the moment.

I've just checked and it's fine!

Any reason why you're not going through a dealer?

Not sure what was wrong but have finally got through but then got a number for a new office they have in Norwich. Trying to go through a dealer but I bought the car in UK but am currently in Germany. Dealer insists I drive the car there so that he can check the fault (Speedo, Tacho, Fuel Gauge, Temp Gauge etc not working) before he will order the parts. Wouldn't mind but its a 200 mile round trip and would mean 2 trips and they can't fit me in until 25 Jul! So I am trying to see if Lotus will send a new instrument binnacle so I can just go there and they can fit it and hopefully a bit sooner than 25 Jul. Car is only 8 month old

Thanks for that will e-mail him, did get a phone call from a member of staff yesterday saying he would arrange something but I then e-mailed him today and got a reply to say he was Out Of Office.

I got put through to the guy above when i needed to change the warranty details over to me the new owner. Sure he will help thumbup

Yeah cheers seems to be working, hopefully it'll be sorted soon.
