Cooling fan always on !!

Just a quick question, just done a HG on my S1 Elise, as soon as the engine starts the fan cuts in... water and oil levels ok ... thinking I miss connected, or didn't connect something ! ...

before I start with the multi meter, any quick suggestions ?

Could be engine temp sensor (the brown one - if it is not plugged back in properly it will run the fan permanently as a protection measure) or I beleive there is a fan relay, but I would guess the fan wouldn't work if that was cream crackered.

That is the end of my technical knowledge
