Europa front camber tweaks?

So,after what knowledgeable people said about changing the front camber to reduce understeer i have had a measure up and taken the front apart!! The settings before i pulled it apart were 0 degrees on the n/s/f and 15 minutes negative on the o/s/f.... I have 3 shims in the n/s and two in the o/s... So the shims being in the order of 1mm each how many should i remove to make a good improvement? Also there is the abs harness bracket in the shims which is about 1mm,it could be relocated if needs be?

I checked the rear camber and found it to be 1 degree 30 minutes negative both sides...should i leave this alone?

Lastly i have a set of CL pads to put in the front if they are worth while? Any one know if they should have some anti squeal paste on the backs or leave them dry? The brakes are ok but i do feel they lack bite at low speed....Will the new pads help?
