K series specialists - Oxon, Bucks, Berks?

Hi guys
Does anyone know any trustworthy outfits in the Bucks/Berks/Oxon ish area who would be good at sorting a K-series engine?
It's currently in my second car, a Rover 414i - bog standard 1.4 16v Mpi K-series, and is running v rough - I suspect a block cat as it feels terrible on the overrun and there's valve clatter.
I need someone to diagnose the fault and then sort it - not so bothered about cost, it's just that I'm not sure a Rover dealer will be that good at diagnosis, and then probably charge me 60 quid an hour for a YTS trainee to poke around. Or maybe I'm wrong?
