I would join the owners club, they will know which parts were used. Most came off Fords of the time.

I'm surorised the back axle isn't Atlas or similar, as used in the Capri 3.0 etc. What are the front hubs from? I would have guessed period Cortina/Granada, no?

the rear axle is a one off, based on a jag solid one, but with morris oxford drums
the front end is basically TR6

Is it buggery "limited spares", they are dead easy. Ford Essex 3L V6 is dead easy, doesn't get easier, the box is a piece of cake to get reconned or new ratios, TR6 spares are 100% from the likes of Moss or Rimmers, the only time consuming bit will be the back axle, sorting out what bits are what. But all the original donor cars are very well served, by classic car standards at least.

engines not a problem for spares breaks and poly bush kits are a different matter

You can get poly kits for TR6 so the front is a goer. The back may be harder, I'm sure the parts are out there, it's just knowing the reference used. Same for brakes - TR6 parts are 10 a penny, Morris Oxford drums, well, a bit trickier. Then again there's prob someone in the owners club who knows a bolt-on conversion. The Caterham 7 (LA) uses an Escort back axle, originally drums, but they use Spitfire front discs to replace the original rear drums and Sierra rear calipers. Weird, yes, but effective. You can get the full set of performance parts too, big discs, multi-pot calipers, the works.

rear discs are a common swap,
the only hard parts are trim bits, but you seem to be binning the body.
