Nice Chimera you have, sounded the biz as you fired up and drove off. It is always good to see another TVR and have a natter, my little S2 made it onto the 2006 TVR calender, month of December, top left hand corner of the page. It is along side my brother in laws S2, fame at last. Maybe I will see you around as I live in St Athan, cheers

Nice meeting you too. Your S looks like it's in pretty good shape and it, too, has a nice sounding engine: my ears pricked-up as I left the kiosk - because I could hear something interesting coming - but I was surprised to see another TVR. It's great seeing other owners out and about. Normally only get to wave. (I think I've still got a 100% wave-rate!)

Which calendar is that? The TVRCC calendar? Must have a look at that. My Chimp was pictured in one of the editions of Sprint featuring the Power & Passion show. That was pretty cool.

Have you got any fave routes around the area? Unless we go out on a trip / longer drive, I like having a blat up the A48 between Cardiff and Bridgend. That B-road between St Brides and Rhoose is pretty good, too. (I live up in Rhoose by the way.) There are some great roads up Monmouth / Hereford way and we had a great drive with the Bristol and Somerset groups down to Lynmouth - The TreVoR run to the Valley of the Rocks.

Hiya codechimp, thanks for the reply, my favourite haunts are the short tunnels in Barry and the tunnels in Cardiff Bay. We must meet up and have a drive out before winter sets in, I intend to do a few jobs on my S2 during the colder months. Give me a call on 01446 751403 one evening and we can arrange something.
