Nice car but yes i could have done with a major wash, you were in traffic coming down from Hayle Road towards the Archbishops palace. I will keep and eye out, in my humble Alfa or on the CBR..

Aye that was me. Every morning in fact as it is the daily driver atm. Was expecting to wash it last weekend, never got round to it, still filthy. Will wash it this weekend with a bit of time to spare.

I have washed it!
I live on a building site, it is filthy again by the next day!

You saw me going home last night and on way into work this morning. Right pain in the arse this morning, had to take the lass to the ESO in Boxley, then round the back roads to Walderslade/Lordswood roundabout and hear immediately on the radio that the road is blocked upto Bridgewood Manor cos of some earlier accident. Ended up comming off down Walderslade Wood road, and going along to Pattens Lane and going up the damn hill to get work! Grrrr.
Where do you work?

It is a bloody nightmare to put it mildly. At least the journy is only a couple of miles. Allot of the people in the office have to go along the spin road past House of Fraser that is impossible at 5 ish.

You should've waved m8!

No, I have golfing gloves in the car for just that reason They dont match like, but soft ciabatta leather make great driving gloves, esp for freezing bloody cold alloy gearknobs and hand brakes!

I will remember to wave next time, thought you might find it strange with some bloke waving at you in traffic. I still think that the car is absolutly beautiful. One question though, why do TVR put that crappy plastics rear spoiler on it???

Are you trying to wind him up? It does serve a purpose but since you've asked someone who works in the field, I'll leave him to answer (clue: try looking through the previous threads he's started!)

Off course i am not trying to wind him up and i am sure that is does serve a purpose but the car has such craftmanship and the attention to detail is amazing, then you have a bit of perspex stuck on the back as an after thought. Did somebody forget and it and then thought oh shit.....

Dont get me wrong i love the car and would be over the moon to own one, for the time being i will just have to listen to this one on the way to work each day.

Cos TVR didnt spend *that* long in the wind tunnel they made a bit of a song and dance about when showing the Sagaris off. It is in keeping with I {presume} a new TVR styling clue of the little flicked up curled Gurney Flap they brought in on the Tuscan. It needed to be perspex though so you can see through it via the rear view mirror, otherwise your arse end vision is cut down. Of course, on wet & filthy winter roads, the damn flap gets filthy anyway so you cant see thru it. It is a Gurney flap basically, which with the underfloor diffuser is there to produce downforce, aid high speed directional stability and stop the teardrop shape acting like a high speed wing. It is a little crude frankly, but does the job. You havent seen a Sagaris doing an Audi TT or Merc AMG CLK GTR GT1 ABC XYZ Oh Damn Ive Run Out of Letters or whatever its called, yet anyway. The 350 makes do with just an underfloor diffuser.

Sorry, should have added a , as it wasn't a serious comment. If you read the Sagaris pre-release literature it harps on about every aspect of the body styling (and the cut outs) contributing to it's superb aerodynamic properties.

Seems they forgot that when cost cutting....
