Heading towards Junction 17 (hope you spotted the scamera van on the bridge a mile or so before the junction!).

I was heading the other way.

Could have been me, but I would have got on at 17 and headed Westbound!

I tried to get on at J18 on Friday but couldn't. Worried I haven't spotted any of these vans yet though.

I've only seen a van parked three or four times on a road bridge about a mile east of J17 in recent weeks.....that's not to say they will not be anywhere else though!
