Can't say for sure, but the one between Chippenham and Corsham was probably me! Time is right anyway.
There is one other (at least) Starmist one around here that i've seen a few times, mine is easily recognisable by the VERY condensation filled N/S rear light, which after following all advice on here I STILL can't fix!!

I'm guessing your the guy who put the TVRCC card on my windscreen in Lacock a few Saturdays ago?
I nearly sh1t meself when I saw you drive out of the car park - I thought someone was pinching my car!!
