Oxford rd heading away from wantage (I think....was following sat nav to wantage) around 1pm yesterday.
Quick flash, coulda been a series one, two or three or even a v8s tho heard no rumble.

That could well have been me, 1995 burgandy Chim.

We drove from our place in stanford in the Vale over to my girlfriend's parents place at Drayton- we went via Wantage so that we could take a peak at an AC Cobra at Mellors garage that my OH has her eye on (sadly at £99,999 it's about £90k out of her budget!).

Apologies for not seeing the flash, I was more intent keeping an eye on the gauges as this was the first drive out in it since getting fully serviced and fitting a new rad!

Edited to add: just noticed you posted this yesterday morning, we were there yesterday lunchtime - so probably not us!! Not to mention mine definitely has a V8 rumble (sleeved exhaust)
