9-5 Turbo replacement

The turbo let go today in a rather smokey way !

Is this a garage job or in the Haynes manual style of things only a 3 spanner job?

Anyone recommend a good supplier for the turbo itself, Due to the value of the car I would have thought a recon would be the best way forward?

did mine the other day took me about 3 hours all in but that did include 6 cups of tea and some choc bics
