Need some quick help. Right in a nut shell I've gone and bought a ridiculously large intercooler and it is going to be a bh to fit. On looking it will foul the A/C condenser so no joy there my next thought is to cut the alloy bumper brace so it fits in front of the entire ac set up.
What if any problems are there with doing this? Has it been done? Is it better to leave well alone ? Or a case of get the bumper off nod crack on with the grinder?
Help please.

If you are talking about a 9-3 LPT, do they already have intercoolers? If not, why not fit the standard FPT i/c? If it does, worth asking around about what fits. On the c900 there are various options, some requiring grinding of towing eyes, some requiring removal of headlamp wipers, a/c delete, etc.
About a million years ago I looked into a 9-3 lpt with a view to fitting a MBC to bring it up to full power. (and an i/c if one wasn't fitted I guess). Although Trionic reflash would have been a better option.
