9-3 front bumper removal

Hi in a moment of madness I have just bought a massive intercooler and realised I have no idea how to remove the front bumper. I have a 1999 9-3 convertible.

Please help as I think not only is divorce on the cards but also an intercooler with no new home. I've searched via google for instructions but only find the new shape. So I'm here to ask for help.

I wish eBay had a breathalyzer as I'd not be in this position now! But damn this intercooler is big and shiny and I've wanted one for years.
