Aux Drive belt failure
Discussion
Hi all,
Very quick one, had my Aux drive belt shred itself as I was coming onto the M60 this weekend (2.0l non turbo non aircom model), had both myself and car recovered by the RAC and there are no visible signs of engine damage, which is always a plus, just wondering if any of you guys in the know could offer a ball park figure on what I should be looking to pay for the repair work?

had one go in the summer on a turbo spec, about £23 for the belt and fitted it my self not a big job.
was it the tensioner that has seized to cause it to let go?
Would appear to be the case, been busy with work the last few days so I haven't had a chance to have a proper inspection yet but will be doing that on Saturdaywas it the tensioner that has seized to cause it to let go?
