Saab 9-3 browsing - questions?

Have had a cursory look over a couple of Saab 9-3 convertibles and a I have a couple of questions.

One of the cars was a 54 plate 2.0t Vector, but it was quated as 150bhp. I thought these had 175??

Is the engine (2.0t Vector and/or 2.0T Aero) belt or chain driven and if belt what are the change intervals?
