Easy as anything provided you get the right piston drive back adaptor.
Mine is an 09 model year but I suspect they are the same calipers. In the end I got my adaptor after speaking to Laser Tools and them putting me on to a helpful spares place next door to them who sent it overnight.
I tried universal adaptors and one from halfrauds that pretended to fit, but didn't. Once I had that, 10 mins a side, including taking the wheels off.
I'll see if I still have the details.

This is the actual adaptor you need, plus of course you need the drive back tool itself.

These people were very helpful and sent it to me. They are just around the corner from the laser factory. Laser don't take orders directly from punters.

Hope that sorts you out. My 9-3 is a 2009 model convertible. The calipers are stamped GM and from what i recall of the discussions with my normal parts place they didn't change them for the 09 facelift.
