where to buy a used Saab with a budget of £13-15k?
Discussion
HI, a friend of mine is thinking of buying a Saab witha budget of 13-15k, preferably a non-convertible 2-D. can anybody recommend a reputable dealer (I guess we are looking at indi) in the southeast? I have a quick look on the net and have seen several delaers around london but they concentrate cars at the sub-6k market.
My friend donesn't know much about cars (and i don't know my way round Saab), anything to look out for would be great
many thanks

Saabs depreciate like billy-o, A 13K-15K non convertible saab will be worth half what he pays for it a year later, so unless your friend really likes depreciation I suggest that he is much better off buying one in the 4K-8K bracket.
I'm no Saab hater, in fact the opposite, and I've just bought a 4 year old Saab (well 4 years and 3 months) for £4.5K plus the trade in of a 221k mile Saab. Thats less than 25% of it's orginal new price (closer to 20%)
Go look at the £6K cars, they wear their mileage well, and most are capable of an easy 200k miles.

What do you mean by non-convertible 2-D.....?If you mean non-convertible 2 door....then look elsewhere, as the only 2 door car Saab make is a convertible.
And with a 13-15k budget, then any franchise Saab dealer is where to look or Saab-GB approved used on the Saab-GB website, as you are looking at cars still in factory warrenty.
