93 Aero brakes
Discussion
Dear All,
My brother has a 2005 93 Aero 2.0 Turbo and needs to replace the front and rear brake pads and discs.
He thinks that the pads are the same as a Vauxhall part as when he's previously changed the pads it was a Vauxhall pad that he took off. But does anyone know if the discs are also a Vauxhall part? If so do you know the part number for the pads and discs?
Alternatively any recommendations of suppliers who are cheeper than Saab?
Many thanks
Ollie

I've just done the rear brakes on my 2008 9-3.
Took me a long while to get the right tool attachment to drive the rear pistons in. Ended up having to speak to Laser Tools to get the right adaptor, and even then it wasn't listed in their parts list but the chap has dealt with the problem before.
The ones that I bought with Vauxhaul or Saab on them didn't fit.....not did the 'universal' adaptor.
The calipers were stamped GM though.
