Turbo Valve Pipe - 9-3 01 Aero

I have a feeling this pipe has become disconnected at getting a fluttering noise when changing gear and going off accelerator. The garage was "meant" to have fixed this on Friday, but 10 miles later, same issue. Anyone know where this is located? Pictures/diagrams would be fantastic.
