hi how much would a clutch be with fitting on a 900

Have you tried asking at a clutch centre?

Sorry for the brief question i was looking at a 900 on fleabay that may need a new clutch and was just looking at a price to see if it would be cost effective

If we are talking 900 prior to the GM debacle then it is the easiest clutch in the world to renew. In good hands less than an hour.
Simply put and missing a bit of detail:
Hood off - 3 minutes
Depress clutch and fit holding tool 2 minutes Note; you can make your own tool out of bundy tubing.
Remove the pressure plate fixings (six off?)
Withdraw the input shaft. DO NOT HIT THE RADIATOR!
Remove pressure plate and driven plate.
Reverse the operation.
Bob's yer uncle and fanny's a dirty word!
