Need information on Saab 900.
Discussion
I am looking to buy one for the summer. If I find a decent one (ideal), it'll be a keeper.
From what I can gather there are 3 engine choices? 2.0, 2.0 low pressure turbo, and 2.0 full pressure turbo?
Any common problems? / Anything else to look out for
Any special editions that might hold their value better than a boggo car?
What are the convertibles like to drive, compared to the 'coupe'?

I'd suggest going to saab central:
http://www.saabcentral.com
lots of resources and forums for both the Classic and GM 900s - I assume you mean the Classic?

UK oned and run IIRC. Lots of Americans on there but lots of UKs too. IMHO the place to go for tech advice on saabs.http://www.uksaabs.net/

UKS good but a little more chatty and slihtly cliquey imho.
Saabscene was the first I thiink but a bit dry and rather quiet. Good for tech stuff though.
