Just went with my Dad to test drive one, hes not driving a manuel for... 10 years, he also values my opinion on cars... Not sure why wink

But i was supprise on how nice it was, people where trying to put him off it because Saabs going bankrupt (They fail to realise that GM is going bankrupt and actualy held back Saab, most of there new line could of been out 1-3 years ago, but GM build Cad's out there Swedish factory or something)

Part cloth/leather interia, its nice, not bad plastics and every thing is nice and clear, never had to use the manual once to work anything. Although when in reverse, there was no beeping from the parking sensor. We wasnt close to anything so...

Also the gear box is nice and close, no slop. Nice torqey engine when the turbo comes in

Glad its under company insurance, i will be lending it often and driving it more then my dad most likely!

There anything to look out for on these? Its only done 4k so its still like new. My knowledge on Saab is nowt!

just bought a 07 cab tid - its under warranty so didnt look too hard re problems, just for damage/overspray/tyres/consumables. I really enjoy driving it (in a GT, not sporty way). Frugal, bit of poke when the turbo spins up, great looking, comfy smile

I go on the saabscene forum as there is more posters than on here - alot of people moan about the quality/GM. Seems to be quite a few issues with the springs/EGR valve/dealer service.

Enjoy!
