Well done, I've had my black 06/56 Aero Convertible for 3 weeks now and i've had the roof off on the way home everyday this week.

Still trying to decide what wheels to put on it now

i wont be having the roof down too often as its for the missus.

We are swapping - i'm having the family 2.4 honda accord exec. We are selling my old rover 214 shed as i also have a VX220 turbo for the summer/sunny days.

Which wheels do you have? The ones on mine look the nuts IMO! Cant wait to mich it up! (ok, i will drive it some days!)

I've got the standard 17" Double spoke aero alloys but as the front tyres are due and the front wheels have some scuff marks (previous owner) which i hat i thought it moght be worth going up to 18". One of these maybe,

There BK replicas of the Astra VXR wheel, think i'll stick at 18" as 19" might be too over the top.

I've had my 04 9-3 Conv Vector in Black since begin' of Dec now...love it, 2.0T....had roof down quite often....I have the 17" five spokes, it's now lowered by an inch, which has made the world of difference....maybe alloys to anthracite next???

My 9-3 Aero vert arrived in January - 06 plate and 40k 1 owner for £8795, which IMO was a bargain. As it's an Aero it's already lowered, with the 17" multi-spoke wheels.

The roof's going down whenever possible - that's why I changed from a Saab 9000 to a 9-3!

The only issue I'm finding is that it torque steers a fair bit and the power's less than I thought - which is partly due to moving from the 9000.

Blimey DC, that was a good deal IMO!

The vector already had the 'sports' suspension, i've had it lowered further...i'll post some pics later.

It's nice to see a few of us with cabs, and posting in the normally quiet saab forum....lets see some pics then - myself included!

i bought a cab too last weekend, 12 months mot, tax till september, 107k, roof working etc. and 185bhp full blown turbo, full tank of petrol, electric seats, heated, all for £1100!
