Is there an off the shelf kit out there that fits this car? I wanted the Koni Sport Kit, but it seems to exclude Viggens and Aero's (no idea why). I only want to spend about £600 on this including fitting. Is there any other options out there for about this price?

Cheers

If any one is interested.... wink

Have found out that the KONI Sport Kit does not fit aeros.

Abbott Motorsport seems the way forward, so hopefully I should be getting it done, and possibly the ECU upgrade, so about 50 increase in BHP and Torque, should hopefully be quite a nice driver then!

It won't be a nice driver if you don't get one of Abbott's VRK kits fitted as well, as this is essential on any 9-3 where you are contemplating any extra grunt.

I'm going to see, I don't find the issues that seem to plague the Viggen in the my car. The issue I have is with wallowy ride, the torque steer isn't that bad, especially is I turn off the traction control.

Car now handles great! Been throwing it around a couple of roundabouts on the way back smile

I increased the firmness of the shocks from the setting Abbott put on them, and although the ride became firm, the increase in cornering and reduced body roll is well worth it.

The remap is all pretty good, although not that noticable in 1st and 2nd, after that there is a much wider spread of torque, and 5th becomes all you really need on the motorway.

They also opened just for me on Saturday so thanks very much Abbott, well worth it!

That's because they put a torque limit in place on 1st and 2nd to ensure the life of your gearbox won't be measurable in a number of weeks containing just a single figure... wink
