How much is my W reg 2000 Aero estate worth?
Discussion
Selling my runaround Saab. Spec is:
95 Aero HOT Estate Auto in Silver. W reg 2000, 114k miles with pretty much full service history (don't think I'm missing a bill but reluctant to say full just in case)
MOT until Sept 2009
It has the following:
Wood trim
Full leather
AS2 upgraded sound system (Single CD & tape in dash, multichanger in boot) with sub
Cruise Control
Dual zone climate control
Some form of aero-kit bodykit, factory option and looks MUCH beter than other aeros I've seen as a result
Sliding rear loading tray and tie-down kit (optional extras)
I'd say it's in average to good condition, no dents, couple of light scratches, wheels slightly corroded but still clean up quite nicely. I've had the breathing mods and DI cassette done.
Great car and pulls like a train :-)
So - knowing all that what do you think it's worth - want to get it up on to PH this week...

Current guide price:
Original Price £30,180
Independent Dealer £2,685
Private Good £2,465
Private Poor £1,665
Part Exchange £1,955
Given that thanks to this stupid credit crunch everything is running under book, I'd say £2k with a following wind, but £1500 would be reasonable. Also, worth noting you can get facelifted cars for £3k with the 250bhp engine and 5-speed auto...

What's mine worth then? :-
2004 - 54 reg
Dark silver
Aero
Estate
Manual
79k
Full Saab & specialist history
Standard spec - no options
Good to excellent condition
The odd little scratch and wheel scuff, consistent with age - mechanically perfect - long tax/test.
Bearing in mind I paid £8700 for it 14months ago, how upset should I be?

Those prices assume the "average" mileage of 40,000 for that year..... so yours will be under book, and lower still due to the mileage. Not prepared to pay the £3.49 to get your precise valuation
