9-3 estate ES2-7 Stereo
Discussion
Hello, first post here on PH!
I have a 9-3SS with es2-7 fitted. Replaced the front door speakers, made difference to clarity, will do the front dash ones soon.
But the rears were a let down. I fitted 6x9 Alpines, to match the front 16cm ones. The power coming from the headunit is poor. I need a sep amp to power the rears, there is just no bass or mid. The fronts are powered by seperate amp, under passenger seat, the dash and rears are form the head unit. Doh.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the quick replies!
my short surfing as found the common route is to replace front door speakers and add 6x9 at the rear with an amp to power the rear as already mentioned. i'm not sure that 6x9 will fit where the current rear speakers are.
any idea as to how i can get access to the rear speakers on the estate?
cheers
