I took my 9-3 Aero into Saabtech this morning for a pre MOT checkover and MOT, really impressed by how thorough they were with the car and excellent service I had from them.
It's really nice for a change to take your car somewhere and feel like you have really got value for money from people that bend over backwards to help, and that really know what they are doing, I can highly recommend them.

Saabtech Stevenage are the bees knees.
My 9-5 Griffin is with them as I type for a some new suspension bits and pieces and a couple of other odds and sods.
Their level of service is amazing and they really go the last mile to help you out with information or advice.
I've been using them for the last 12-15 months or so.
There doesn't seem to be anything that Ian doesn't know about Saabs!
Great people and the word of mouth seems to be spreading as they're always mega busy and quite right so.

Highly recommended!!!

I'm in Bromley but travel up to West Midlands Saab as I've not found anybody better and I've known them for 15-20 years!

Where's the good Indy in Kent? Please don't say South East Saab!

I have been meaning to send this for ages so here goes...

All I can say is that Saabtech in Stevenage are the best!! Actually interested in me, my 95 and how they can help. Top work and thank you.

My story, I contacted two Saab independant "fixers" and had no reply from one and a great reply from Jen at Saabtech. A couple of days later, my Saab is fixed at a fraction of the cost of a dealer (ABS/TCS fault) etc. etc. That was a Friday, on the Monday I find myself stranded in my very old Merc with a dead engine on the M25 and a transporter ride to....where? The only place I could think of was Saabtech, not a Saab this time but I was in a pickle. I turned up, out of the blue, and they jumped into action. Let me borrow a car, fixed the old girl (well someone did) and returned her a couple days later to home. Sorted and saved again.

Saabtech have given me renewed faith in the whole "I broke my car" situation, all I can say is that if you don't own a Saab, get yourself one so you can have it serviced by Saabtech. It will be worth it!!

All the best,
Peter

Bumpity bump...

After reading the recommendations on here and Saabscene I went and found them as I work in Stevenage - what thoroughly nice people and full of help! I went to get a throttle body gasket and they gave me one for free and lots of advice as well. I have just been back this morning for some PCV bits which were all in stock so a big thumbup from me. I can't believe they have been there 2 years and I never knew about it!

Just wanted to add my own approving voice to those above re Saabtech. What a relief to find a business that treats customers like human beings and consistently does a great job at a sensible price. Lovely people, good technicians.
