95 dog gaurd - very VERY noisey

Had a genuine Saab dog gaurd fitted for a while now and found it needs tightening up/refitting every week or so otherwise it rattles and creaks very loudly, sounds like a old boat creaking along. Really crap design from Saab IMO.

Well this weekend I got some silicon tape, the stuff that sticks to itself, and wrapped it around any part of the fixings that touch each other and refitted. Completely silent now

Just thought I'd post in case anyone has any similar boat like creaks going on.
