9-3 aero 2003 advice please

Thinking of buying 2003 (53 plate) 9-3 Aero Convertible-(revised chassis model)-priced at £12k-37k miles and 2 owners from new-full Saab history-unusual in that it has every factory option except parking sensors-13 speaker stereo-6 speed manual-excellent condition-is this price about right-Parkers suggest rather lower value for this year-any particular faults to look out for?
