iPod and my 95 Aero
Discussion
Hi all,
I am now the proud owner of a 2007 95 Aero Hot Estate. What a car, by some margin the best that I have owned. Smooth, fast, economical, comfortable but then I am speaking to the converted in here !!!!
I have but one gripe, my iPod. There is an Aux socket on the front face of the head unit, so off I pop and purchase an aftermarket cable, connect up to my iPod Classic, plug in and away we go. Hmmmm not too loud..........wind the volume up...............hmmmm still too quiet.........full beans and I cannot really hear the music over the road noise at motorway speed (and I do mean 70 mph ).
Have been back to the Main Dealer who have been very helpful and we have tried all sorts of combinations of iPods, cables and cars, and all paths keep leading back to the Saab Aux socket. Has anyone got any ideas..............would really appreciate your help. Thanks
Rob

There are ways of increasing the maximum volume of your Ipod - which may help a bit.
