Got an 08 93 150 diesel Airflow saloon as a company car a month ago, and i'm seriously impressed with it. I had never thought about owning a Saab before, but i realise what a mistake i'd made to overlook them.

Its in Ice Blue, with full black leather & heated seats, and i've not seen another car the same yet (which is a bit of a change for an ex Audi TT owner biggrin).

Its now got a little over 2k miles, averaging 45mpg which i don't think is bad, and on a motorway run it averages a little over 50mpg.

We're off to the South of France in it this week, so i'm looking forward to some nice wafting thumbup (we did the same trip in a Mini Cooper S last year!!)

I wish biggrin its a company car, fully maintained, and insured by the company, so i would get absolutely shat on from a great height if i got found out! Very tempting but just not worth the risk!

Ask them nicely if they will let you get the offical Hirsch upgrade done by your Saab dealer wink

Crikey, even if I had to pay the 500 odd quid myself I'd do it for the extra smile factor.
They couldn't complain as it's all covered by Saab warrenty and all that.
Shouldn't be a problem if it's actually company owned rather than a lease job.

No, unfortunately its leased by my company from a leasing company, so nothing i can do about it i don't think frown

Just got back from the South of France in it, drove about 2,500 miles there and back, it was comfortable and didn't miss a beat. Averaged 53 mpg over the entire journey too, very impressive!!

Out of interest, does anyone know if Hirsch have plans for the TTid yet?

No reason of course

A friend in the know says they are in final testing stages on a 200Hp, 420Nm upgrade. Very nice indeed...
