Uprated 9000 Suspension

My brother is looking to change the suspension on his Aero. Currently running standard suspension but he was thinking about H and R stuff, but thought i'd open it to the PH knowledge for the best set up for his car. Is the Abbot stuff worth a look? After a decent setup without spending £000's on it

Abbott stuff is, I'm told, good but expensive.

Bilstein struts and dampers, with the Eibach progressive springs from Nordic Tuning (if you can get them) or Klien springs.

Abbott gets OK reports....but they use Koni inserts.....years of motorsport means I would go near a set of Koni's, but that's just me.

Have heard H&R is ok if you want your teeth fillings removed......but not tried it personally so that's just 5rd hand reporting..??
