Yes, I am a member but as said elsewhere, if you are on aol, hotmail or I belive Yahoo they will not let you register as a result of infighting.
Have you tried UKSaabs? More friendly place, not as technically orientated perhaps, but a nice place to visit. (As a mod I have to say that

Again hotmail is by default banned, but an email to the admin will sort that, takes a bit more time though.

I had some trouble with the main saabphotos page yesterday, but saabscene itself seems OK.
I don't use it too much these days - it was the first Saab forum I joined a few years back but I have found it a bit dry and unfriendly of late, although I agree that saabscene and saabcentral are probably better resources than uksaabs, although the latter has the most friendly atmosphere IMHO.
I will give it another go as I haven't been on for a while (I'm fliptopbin on the Saab sites, not to be confused with fliptop

Not sure what the deal with the trolling was; although SSc could be a bit straight laced for my tastes, you don't have to use the board if you don't want
Saabnet sounds the really odd one, get banned for breathing there by all accounts Come to think about it, there are a lot of Saab boards, what with 900aero.com (very useful if a bit quiet) and the other american one with about a billion sections - seems to be more style over substance though...
