The soft top on my 93 is in excellent condition but is just beginning to show the early signs of fading. I am thinking of using the Renovo kit to renovate my hood, but the 'blue' colour is described as 'dark blue' and the Saab colour isn't that dark.

Has anyone here got any experience of the Renovo kit or any other recommendations ? Many thanks.

Used Renovo on a very faded black roof, excellent results.
I have seen Autoglym Soft Top treatment on the shelves, but don't know anyone who's used it.

I have used the Autoglym soft top cleaner on the same colour roof as yours a couple of times and found it to be very good. You clean it with one solution and then respray it with another to keep it waterproof.

The first Time I did it I was a bit Timid on the cleaning stage but the second time I used a scrubbing brush with fantastic results all be it a very dirty job!

It is best to do it with the car garaged as the roof cannot get wet for 24hrs IIRC.

Any more q's let me know
