speak to https://saabparts.co.uk/ they are the UK importer of SAAB parts you can buy direct.
No part number I'm afraid but Its a check valve (one-way valve), allows fumes from the oil trap to pass into the TB for combustion.
from memory, available separately but could also be supplied with the hose that connects to the trap.
you could also contact partsforsaabs, neo's and abbott's for a replacement

i wonder if you could liberate the valve from this and splice it into your existing pipework ?
