another 9-3 problem
Discussion
the lease company and SAAB HQ are fighting it out as to who should pay for the clutch, flywheel and other bits and boobs after the car went up in smoke from a burnt clutch.
anyway it seems like the alarm/locking mechanism isn't working properly either. the wife was certain that she locked the car earlier today, but today i managed to open the drivers door which set of alarm.
this has happened before but we put it down to a one of the doors not being closed properly. but this time i'm not convinced.
is there a known issue with the car not locking properly?
i'm starting to dislike SAABs quite abit now, its good thing that the misses like the 9-3! i'm yet to be convinced!
thanks.

Not sure what car you have, is it a new 9-3ss?
Maybe door wasn't shut, keep an eye on it.
Have had a few problems with the c/l on mine lately, combination of a sticky door motor blowing fuses and a grumpy c/l control box - fortunately I picked up a second hand one for next to nothing...
