My Egr valve is causing me grief and have been advised by many to have it blanked off.

Easy enough and cheap enough to do, question is.....it will leave the EML light on so I need it ‘mapped’ off the system.....

Where in Essex could I get this mapped out?

If it is just showing up an EGR fault it is so so so easy to take off and clean up. 4-5 easily assessable bolts and one connector.

It is likely just the carbon is affecting the movement of the pin/valve

Remove, clean and replace. 30 mins max and very easy to do.

None of the EGR sprays work once the EGR Valve is stuck. At this point, the horse has bolted.

I’ve already removed, cleaned and refitted but have noticed it’s blowing from the manifold end so another reason to get it gone....
