MK2 93 Aero knocking over bumps?

The noise is coming from the rear suspension area, what is the most common (likely) cause?

It's a knocking sound. Like something loose is rattling but only really over bumps (any speed). Bushes, drop links, subframe? o.O

I am not all that mechanically minded so I'd really appreciate some input. Cheers

Maybe top mounts or shock absorber

Rear brake pads. Specifically, the inner ones. They have anti-rattle clips on which, on cheap pads, apparently go weak. Or, on mine, are missing totally. A more tinny rattle can be the exhaust heat shield.
