Rough Idle

Hi, I've just started getting the rough idle problem.
Car, 2006 9.3 2.0t, runs well above idle but the idle sometimes triggers the eml and the car wouldn't start today when I came out of Tesco.
Eventually started with the pedal on the floor and drove home perfectly.
It seems a common fault online but there doesn't seem to be one clear fix, anyone else had the problem and fixed it? I couldn't see anything obviously amiss with the vacuum pipes.

Hi again, looking into this further the likeliest cause seems to be throttle body faults.
I've put new plugs in, no difference. Anyone had an exchange throttle body from Sinspeed etc, and if so how much?
