Saab 95 aero niggles

hi, bought a cheap saab, just a few issues.

drivers seat not working, powered. (fuses ordered then disconnect memory)
squeaks inside, like a trapped mouse.
over 60mph seems a bit wobbly in steering wheel(alignment or bearing)
handbrake none existent (adjustment)
light bulb failure, noticed a few blown fuses in cubbyhole so might be related.

it was cheap so just wondered if these are common faults and hints to resolve.

Otherwise buy mousetrap and small quantity of cheddar
